Plain-language terms for using TheBible.ai, including how the studio identifies the creative tools that help make its work possible.

Effective September 4, 2026

Using this website

TheBible.ai provides studio updates, educational and devotional material, public episode information, and ways to contact or support the studio. Please use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to it. Continued use of the website means you accept these terms and the separate Privacy page.

Who operates TheBible.ai

For these terms, “TheBible.ai,” “we,” and “us” mean the independent California creative project operated by Justin and his wife. Questions, formal notices, and rights-related concerns may be sent to the contact address below. If the project begins operating through a different legal entity, this page will be updated.

Scripture, interpretation, and production

Bible quotations and references are provided for study, encouragement, and creative context. Direct quotations are identified and remain subject to their displayed translation copyright and permission notices. TheBible.ai productions may use human-directed AI and other creative tools during research, planning, image, animation, voice, sound, and technical work. Published work remains under human creative and editorial responsibility. A dramatized scene may include artistic choices where Scripture does not specify every visual, chronological, environmental, or conversational detail; those choices are not presented as additional Scripture.

Spiritual and educational limits

The website and its productions do not replace your own reading of Scripture, participation in a local church, pastoral care, or qualified professional advice. TheBible.ai works carefully but does not promise that every interpretation, historical detail, caption, link, or technical feature will always be complete or error-free. Visitors are encouraged to compare what they see with Scripture and report a concern for review.

Story ideas, encouragement, and reports

Only submit words or material that you created or are authorized to share. Submissions are private but are not confidential, and sending one does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or advisory relationship. You keep any rights you hold in your original words and give TheBible.ai a nonexclusive permission to receive, store, review, reproduce internally, and discuss the submission for the purpose for which it was sent. There is no promise that a submission will be used, answered, credited, or paid for. Because Bible passages, historical facts, familiar themes, and general ideas may be suggested by many people, a submission does not prevent TheBible.ai from independently developing similar work. If the studio wants to adapt substantial original creative expression from a submission, it will seek additional permission when appropriate.

Children and private forms

The website may be viewed by families, but its private forms are intended for adults and visitors age 13 or older. A parent or guardian should submit on behalf of a child under 13. Please do not use a form to send sensitive personal information, payment credentials, confidential material, or information about another person without permission.

Voluntary support payments

Support payments are voluntary and help the studio’s general work, which may include rendering, voice work, music and sound, biblical research, creative software, hosting, accessibility, and related production needs. TheBible.ai may allocate support among those needs as the work changes. A payment is not a purchase or investment and does not create ownership, profit participation, producer status, screen credit, creative control, a promised reward, or a guaranteed completion or release date. Support should not be treated as a charitable or tax-deductible contribution unless TheBible.ai specifically confirms otherwise. If a payment appears duplicate, mistaken, or unauthorized, contact the studio promptly; the request will be reviewed under applicable law and the payment provider’s rules.

TheBible.ai and licensed material

Unless a page says otherwise, TheBible.ai owns or is authorized to use its original branding, writing, artwork, animation-development material, and site design. Scripture translations, third-party marks, linked material, and other licensed content remain their owners’ property and are not included in any permission from TheBible.ai. You may link to public pages and share ordinary links. Reproduction, redistribution, commercial reuse, or removal of ownership notices requires permission unless applicable law allows it.

Outside services and links

Links to Scripture, creative tools, payment providers, social platforms, and other outside services are provided for convenience and identification. Those services control their own sites, terms, privacy practices, availability, and content. A link does not make TheBible.ai responsible for an outside service.

Availability, warranties, and reasonable limits

The website and its public content are provided as available and may change as the studio grows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheBible.ai does not make implied promises that the site will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose, and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or an outside service. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility or visitor right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

California law, severability, and changes

These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. Please contact the studio first so a concern can be reviewed in good faith. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. TheBible.ai may correct, remove, or update public content and these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.

Third-party trademark notice

Creative tools remain their owners’ brands.

Third-party product names, company names, trademarks, service marks, and logos—including Claude and the Claude mark, owned by Anthropic PBC, and Runway and the Runway mark, owned by Runway AI, Inc.—remain the property of their respective owners.

TheBible.ai displays these names and official brand assets only to truthfully identify tools used in its independent animation workflow. Their appearance does not state or imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, or affiliation. TheBible.ai does not alter the marks, incorporate them into its own brand, or grant anyone permission to reuse them.

Each mark is used subject to its owner’s current terms and brand guidance. This notice does not create a license or permission beyond what an owner has provided, and it does not grant a visitor permission to reuse a mark. If an owner asks for a compliant correction or removal, TheBible.ai will review the request promptly.

Questions, corrections, or rights notices

Identify the material, where it appears, the basis for the concern, your contact information, and the correction or response you are requesting. Justin will review the notice in good faith.
